Shipping Policy

Once the order is placed from your end, we ship it within 1-3 business days. Few of the items require a longer ship-out time due to being oversized. Currently, we are shipping through DTDC (Desk to Desk courier) ,  speed post or similar logistics. We are currently working on improving and adding new features on our shipping services. On occasional days, maybe due to festivals or any other uncertain conditions (due to weather or other mishaps), there can be an unforeseen delay in the shipping of your order, but your order is our priority and the best will be tried to deliver it as soon as possible. We will inform you by an email if your order takes a longer delivery time than expected so that you don’t face any inconvenience. We currently do not provide with Cash on Delivery option. The payment is done in advance and your order’s safety is totally our responsibility.

Return and Exchange Policy

There is no return or exchange policy available from our side. There is however a replacement policy where you can get your product replaced within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defected.  In  case the product you want to be replaced is out of stock from our end, we will provide you with 100% refund for the same.
